Someone Better Will Come To You

Sometimes in our life some people has to go. The're two things we always say and ask ourselves; we are doing it because its the right thing and second we just want to be happy? Doing the right is more than being happy because love is an action that you have to show. If the right thing will make things better then go ahead. If someone asks you "oe, you look great when is your wedding?" And you answered with a smile. Have your encountered that? You don't know what's your response. Let me share to you what's the best response.

1. Take It Positively
-a smile will do and try to answer that "in God's time. I'm excited actually and you can see in my smile."

Eventually, He definitely come without you noticing. Remember only you have the permission to do all things. Do not search but instead wait. "Someone better will come into your life"

2. Be a Blessing
How I will be a blessing? Answer that person by sharing what blessings you received." I have full of love which I'm about to share with other people and for now it's more than enough".

It take someone to have courage to love someone. God has given us that power to do so. Someone is worthy of your love and don't be afraid. You deserve someone better. "Someone better will come into your life".

3. God's Plan
We all have plans and goals in life. If things don't fall in the right time and place step back and relax. "Someone better will come into your life".

There's no victory if you don't feel the defeat. Don't hate that much because it's a burden to bear. Loosen up and remember God is with us and let's have faith in Him.

Sometime we are busy looking for someone because of many reasons. But sometimes, we are just looking at ourselves to complete us. Only you can complete puzzle of your life.

"Believe and have faith in yourself. Only you is the greatest assest and no one can take it from you. And when you least expect it, he will come into your life. Someone better will come into your life"

Honing Your Greatest Strength

Honing your greatest strength is "discovering yourself".

There are hundreds of words list to be chosen, and which of those words are your strenghts?

You may also ask people to describe one word which they think is your strength.

Let me share with you the book I've read about finding personal path to success, it elaborates the our greatest strength embodies the activity you have most been all your life. Example, in an activity you are given a chance to chose the strength what will that be? In my case I'm into leadership and event organizing. So, for me I need to hone that since it's in me. Have you tried doing it? If yes, let me tell you it sounds different right?

Honing your greatest strength is your asset. The best asset is 'yourself'. I remember my classmate in kindergarten, until highschool but not in my elementary years his strength is reading. And he used that as an advantage and now he is  already a lawyer.

If you're good in drwaing show to the world then start drawing. If you're into interior design start by decorating your own room and your house.

Love Is Not A Feeling

What's your definition of love? According to Meriam Webster it's a feeling of strong or constant affection for a person. Science describe love as a connection, characterized by a flood of positive emotions, which you share with another person—any other person—whom you happen to connect with in the course of your day. While in the bible from 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

But for you how do you define love? In my 29 years of existence I've learn to love. I learn to give, i have the courage and have inner strength in everything I do. You have this feeling of unexplainable joy and excitement. You're heart beats so fast when you hold hands, he kisses you and hugs you so tight.

When your young you have a crush and sometimes you feel you're inlove. You can't look at the eyes of that particular person. In highschool you started dating and feel 'kilig' when he stares at you. If you are thinking about him or her you feel that you are inlove by then.

But what is really mean by love? Are you ready to know about it? Let me share with you how I met my first boyfriend It was highschool and he was not my crush. He began courting me when I was in third year and we've known since first year. I was not really into him because I'm having a crush on someone else. But I was moved with his courage and sincerity. He'll pass by in our house every morning to do jogging. He faced my parents and talk to them. It was then I changed my definition of love.

Love is not actually a feeling but an action. Let's go back on how Bible defined love. You noticed it dealt with actions. Love is an action, an action which all of us has to remember. It must be shown not felt.

Love is a descision and commitment. Inorder this to happen you have the urge. Love is an action, an action to commit and an action to decide

God give us the power to love. You are nothing if you don't value love.

Feel The Pain Until It hurts No More

When people have their feelings hurt, what is actually happening inside the body to cause the physical pain in the chest?

According to the professors in University of Virginia emotional and physical pain which leads to 'heartache'. When we feel heartache we experienced a mixed of emotional stress and stress-induced sensations in our chest-muscle tightness, increased our heart rate, abnormal stomach activity and shortness of breath.
Emotional pain involves the same brain as physical pain.

What you think is more painful, emotional or physical pain? I remember the tagalog movie of the late Rico Yan  about the  incident at school which Rico told the school head what he believed was right. He wants to protect Claudine in the incident. He said, the scar of physical pain will be gone in shortest time but emotional pain remains in our heart. Hence, it's more painful. The school principal based her descision to identify which one is deserving from Rico's statement

Coping with pain is not like Math that you can subract to make it zero or no pain anymore.

Pain in our heart will remain but we can eliminate the scars if we want to. Let your heart grieve but make sure to set goal to stop. Tell yourself "I make things happen".

You, me and everyone know how painful after break-up. But being hurt is normal, you can cry to let go of the pain. Everytime pain will come along make friends with it. If you feel like bursting surround yourself with goodness.

Heartache is not the only way emotional and physical pain intersect in our brain. Studies also shows, that even experiencing emotional pain on behalf of another person—that is, empathy—can influence our pain perception.

You are the author of your life and God is with you. Feel the pain until it hurts no more. By the time you'll overcome the consequences and obstacles you are now ready to blessed other. Goodness is within you. Don't waste anything, stop the pain and do things you think you deserve.

How Your Emotions Work For You

"God made us with the capacity for emotions. Emotions were meant to help us process life in positve manner."This wonderful statement is from Gary Chapman.

As what Gary emphasized emotions are designed to not control our lives, but to draw our attention to life. Let's have the positive emotions to have a happy life and let's have the negative emotions be our detection point if there's something we need attention.

"Nasa huli ang pagsisis" are you familiar with this tagalog quote? Have you experienced asking yourself "why did I do such thing? And now you looked back and regretted your descision and mistake. Again you ask yourself "why couldn't control emotions"?

What are the events in your life that changed your behavior? It may be anger, frustration, loneliness, stress and other negative thoughts. Give yourself a break and be acquainted with yourself it may take time but it's worth it. Understanding how emotions contributes with your behavior may help you and your first step of becoming a better person.

I'm a hot tempered person, I must admit. If I heard negative thoughts from others it made me upset. But realized this isn't beyond my control anymore. I tried to understand why? Because I don't like the way I feel and I feel bad about it.

But according to Brother Bo's talk feel good about yourself and say it everday, declare it. Tell yourself "i'm very good, im terrific, i'm blessed and I make things happen.

What's Your Passion?

Do you know what's your passion? If your answer is no, you better think now and know that gift, interests, skills and talents within you.

When I was 6 years old, I want to be a teacher but when I reached 2nd year highschool, it was changed from teaching to engineering. I have changed my mind because I was inspired and challenged by Chemical Engineering. Since then, I focused my attention to Chemical Engineering and told my parents about it. During elementary and highschool, I was always elected as class president.  I knew by then that I love to lead and be a good example.

Sometimes in our life, there are things we take for granted because we are too busy thinking about other things like, what will happen tomorrow? If we live a life everyday we can determine what's in it and if we do, we are one step closer of knowing what's our passion.

Let me share with you some questions for you to know your passion.

1. What are the things you love to do?
If you're answer is reading, travelling, playing tennis, writing and others, probably, that's your passion.  But if you're doing it because your friends are doing it also and you just want to fit in, think again and ask yourself, is this really for you? Have you tried playing badminton because it's the flavor of the month? How about biking? You bought bicycle because everyone else have it and you have to do same? If your answer is yes, it's definitely not you. You have been influenced to do it. It may be good and bad. It's good if you learn to love it and it's bad if you stop suddenly.

The tendency of following what other people do is that, you are becoming inconsistent. Why? Because, if it's not what you really love to do, you'll eventually stop. All your investment (time, money, energy) will be put to waste because you can't sustain it.

Go back and list down your passion. If it's drawing, get a pencil and paper and draw. If it is speaking, be a speaker in front of the public. Your passion will uplift your spirit and happiness is unexplainable by the end of the day.

2.  Have you discovered something about yourself? If your answer is yes, it's more easy to know your passion.

Only you can discover your inner strength and only you can understand whatever you've been going through. You can't please everyone, right? So don't push too hard so that you'll be accepted by the society you want to fit in.

Family, true friend and most all God are willing to accept whoever you are. If you're changing just because you want to be accepted, you will miss something in you and one day you'll regret. Let your desire and decision be your main focus.

Why do we have to discover ourselves? If we do that, we will know how to respond in a certain situation and you will know how to protect yourself from despair. And if God is always with you, no one will harm you. Overcoming life's hurts are a lot easier.

3. What do you want to achieve?
If you already know the answers of numbers 1 and 2, you are now finding your personal path to success.

Transform your passion to make you successful in life. Achieving it is more easier because there's love, you know yourself and you know how to achieve it.

5 things Single Women Should do after the Break-up

Are you now single? No ring on your finger, and no strings attached? If the answer is yes, this information will help you. I believe several tips are available in different sites on what a women should consider if she's now single. This blog is my own experience which helped me a lot, coping with my break-up with the person I love.

1. Love and Give Time for Yourself
Did you love him that much? If yes it's time to step back and by doing that loving yourself will help you though. You've done your part already and have time for yourself. By simply doing things you love most. Give attention to yourself. Simply going to salon for hair spa, foot spa, facial wash is an act of loving yourself.

If people ask you why? Why you broke up all you have to do is just smile because you don't owe them an explanation. Continue what you love most by spending quality time with yourself. It is a key to happiness.

2. Find a new Hobby and Travel
Have you tried doing something new when you are together? Probably yes and no. If you give yourself a chance to discover what the world can offer everything will fall into place. Try doing something new like football or organize a club this will help develop your passion. One day you realize that's why things may end up since another opportunity opens. If you can't travel by yourself call your friend to accompany you. Capture the moment with the mother nature and you'll see how beautiful nature can be. If money is an issue go to place nearby that you've never visited before.

3. Focus on Your Carrer and Dreams
If your relationship was not successful be successful in other aspect in life. Focusing in your dreams may be easier and doesn't hurt. Your personality development and maturity will grow as you are about to set things aside of your own. It's okay to cry twice but stop the third time. Instead of dwelling on the mistakes learn from it and make it inspiration to let go. Invest in a stock market, write a book, organize a wedding, compose a song are only fews dreams you may want to achieve. Focus on it and start today.

4. Let go and don't look back
Let it go as the song goes and focus on your journey in life. Your destiny lies in your own hands. Youn may feel the pain until it hurts no more. But enough is enough. Stop crying and thinking about him just move forward and never look back. If things meant to happen it has a reason. That's for you to ponder. Letting go is setting yourself free and allowing your strength to nourish.

If love is magic make it uplift your persona to conquer whatever challenges you encounter. Breaking up is not that easy but if you decide to move forward a month, a weeks or even a day you can do that. Everything happens for a reason.

5. Pray, Pray and Pray
The power of praying is true. It allows you to forgive and by doing that your life will be easier that you can never imagine how you did things. As they say women are too weak in break-up but the truth women are stronger. We are strong because the power of prayer conquer our battleship towards our success. God give us strength to be strong. If you pray and ask God's grace you will be amazed how great your feeling now. God is always within us let's just open our hearts as He want us to be a strong woman.

Only yourself is your only enemy not him and the people around you. All you have to do is yo wait for God's plan.

Dealing with Difficult People

Reading is really like a bank that it allows you to deposit any knowledge and once you are ready to share with everyone all you have to do is to withdraw it. I have completed reading a book which Brother Bo Sanchez wrote entitle "how to deal with difficult people".

In this book you will learn that people around may be vampire or even you are considered a vampire. A vampire on how he explains a personal trait of a person. What are these vampires that's he talks about. A vampire could be criticizing vampire, controlling vampire, contradicting vampire, complaining vampire, clinging vampire, crying vampire, coward vampire and con vampire. If are you going to assess what personal trait you are this may help develop and help you respond appropriately to certain situation. This book allow me to grow my inner power to deal things which I may though difficult. What's similar to this traits of vampire is they are immature. But even its sometimes no way out this book will help you transform because God is within you.

When you are the vampire what the bestbthing you can do? Let me share the quote from this book "many times, you're impatient because you make matters in your hands. If you want to be patient learn matters into Gods hands." Dealing with impatience is trust. Sometimes we are hot tempered and we always shout to siruation we don't like. The secret is to have patience from a deep trust in God. Also I love how Brother share that being selfish sometimes is good but that selfishness is to have a forgivable attitude. It's a blessing to forgive.

How do you respond if you ate surrounded by people who have faults? Do you have the answer? May be you already have. I was amaze how Brother Bo stated his answer by simply saying "Make allowance for each other faults" (Colossians 3:13). All we need to do is to control ourselves since we can't control their faults. This is how he explained the area of concern and the area of control.

I hope I was able to share with you that because of this many realizations has made into my life. Thanks to Bro. Bo Sanchez for the inspiration.
